Filter discs are sheet-type filter elements made from metal wire mesh through cutting, stamping, edge-wrapping and multi-layer spot welding. Available in round, square, multi-layer composite and edge-wrapped forms. Base materials include iron, stainless steel and alloy mesh. Widely used in plastic extrusion, chemical fluid filtration and particle impurity filtration. Custom sizes and multi-layer composite spot welding supported.
